Hi,

My parcel, tracker number above, says it has the incorrect address on it and was returned to sender. This was on the 27th of Feb 2020 and have not received an update since.

I've contacted the seller and she has not received any notice of the return of the package. I've used the online tracking link and found that it was last updated in Adelaide, the city I currently live in.

Can you please find out where my parcel is? If it is still at the depot I'm more than happy to pick it up.

Australia Post website shows the parcel last location is in SYDNEY NSW on Feb 24. You need contact Australia Post for parcel location and current status. I believe your seller printed wrong shipping address in the parcel otherwise Australia Post will not ship it to Sydney instead of Adelaide.

If Australia Post can not find the parcel for you, you need open dispute to the marketplace(ebay/paypal/aliexpress etc) which you made payment to and claim refund.
