Hi i ordered package in early February here is the tracking number LX125839650CN
from what i can find out is the last is was at 2017-02-22 08:22 Shenzhen back properly cast can someone tell me what this means? Thank you

LX125839650CN was returned to shipper on Feb 22. you can not get this parcel anymore.

None can know the return reason. But you can open dispute to seller for refund without knowing the returning reason. If you purchased from paypal/amazon/aliexpress, you only need proof that you did not get the parcel.
