I posted a parcel from Australia - tracking number LK980518184AU - and the tracking log shows 4 attempted deliveries to an address in Guangdong.

The parcel has now been returned to customs for return i believe back to me

I contacted the receiver who contacted China Post and was told only the sender (me) can enquire as to why not delivered.

Can someone please tell me why the parcel could not be delivered

your parcel is in China Post office in 深圳国际邮件互换局. You need ask receiver go to this post office to pickup the parcel or call 11185 to arrange pickup.
