Hi, my tracking number is LX290757984CN and I ordered it for the house in front of mine by mistake and my neighbours said it got to them last week but they rejected so I just want to know what I could do to obtain my parcel.

Contact your local New Zealand Post office and try to pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to China.

I called my local parcel they said all they can see is that is it is still on its way to New Zealand
