Hi, my tracking no is LO478827095CN. The tracking system shows that my parcel was out for physical delivery in KCL/DO on December 3rd at 10:05. But I have not received my parcel yet. Do you have a Hong Kong phone no. thay I can contact with?

LO478827095CN is now in Hong Kong Post system. it seems to have delivery problem. You need call Hong Kong Post 2921 2222 and pickup your parcel immediately. Otherwise it will be returned to China.
