May I ask when will my package arrive?

Can it arrive on 13 Nov (To my hand or HK destination collection point where I can get it myself?)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ426222266CN shows the parcel was sent to carrier in Guangzhou on Nov 10. It is waiting for transit to Hong Kong. Normally parcel will arrive Hong Kong in about 2 days, but Hong Kong Post has no arrival information yet. It seems to be delayed. I don't think you can get it before Nov 13.
