Hello
I bought an item from the US and they sent it through UPS postal service, but UPS handed the parcel to USPS with this new tracking number: UM241778121US
when I checked the status in USPS website, it shows the parcel is in Beijing :

but when I track the parcel in your website, it shows: UM241778121US has no shipping record in USPS system.

Could you please help me to find it?

UM241778121US arrived Beijing on Sep 12 but never entered into China Post system. That is why it has no record in China Post database. It might be lost in Beijing airport.

Please file a claim with USPS and claim insurance compensation.

I sent a message to USPS and they replied to me:

UM241778121US was delivered to the postal office on September 12.

I don't know what I should do.

USPS told me when a parcel arrives at the destination, our responsibility ends and the destination postal service should answer you.

Actually the seller sent the parcel through the UPS #822149724401069819, then UPS handed the parcel to USPS with Alternate Tracking Number UM241778121US
