Hello, can u check parcel nr. CP359281635CN, it has been no update for two weeks, the other parcel shipped at same time has already arrived, but this one no info, thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP359281635CN was shipped Jan 15 from Guangzhou to Slovenia.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very cheap and slow service. Status updating and handling is very very very very slow.

If parcel weight is less than 2kgs, it will take 2 to 6 weeks to reach Slovenia. If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take up to half year to reach Slovenia. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives India .

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
