Hi, I've been waiting on a package since the 29th February when it left the sorting centre. I understand that post is slower due to Covid-19 issues but my package has been in transit for more than 40 days. The tracking number is LX039989342CN and it is a face mask sent by Tianhong shop. I've contacted the company twice and they have been of no help. I was hoping you could maybe let me know where my package is please?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX039989342CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
