Been waiting for this package for almost a month. I need to find out what happened with my parcel. Thank you for the help.

EV763737958CN left China for Indonesia on Nov 22. Normally it should arrive destination in one or two weeks. Your parcel have more than 80% chance to be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Dec 24, open dispute for refund.
