I received a detention note from customs on 22 April about an item, but status of the item is further updated, Now suddenly from Lahore customs , it is showing [ Guangzhou ] departure. I have seen this message couple of times earlier, and seems like it is wrongly updated by someone, because I receive items after 2-3 days in Lahore after this message. Now i am confused, should i not visit customs office, since there is an update on status after customs. I have just 13 days left to open a dispute, should I wait further?

Its been a long long time when my shipment was departure from "Guangzhou", i believe it was 2nd of April, 2015, but still its in transit and not reached to me. Seller says wait it will come to you and keep increasing the protection time. Please advise

your parcel was shipped on May 3.Normally parcel will arrive Pakistan in 3 weeks. You can wait 2 more weeks, if you still do not receive the goods by end of May, you need open dispute for lost parcel.
