Hello, I sent package from china to India and there has been no update for the last 30 days . Tracking number CP341115261 and CP341115258. Is my package lost ? Why has there been no update ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP341115261CN and CP341115258CN were shipped Nov 13 from Beijing to India.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service. If parcel weight is less than 2kgs, it will take 2 to 6 weeks to reach India. If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take up to half year to reach India. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives India .

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
