Hi,

Is there a way to find out where is my parcel? Tried tracking it but it says no tracking information from Singapore side.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LP904631333CN was shipped on Mar 20 from Shenzhen. It is still in Shenzhen airport.

In past 40 days, china cancelled more than 80% airlines to Singapore. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. The situation becomes worse from today because China stopped all international airlines to prevent cross-border travel. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels.

Right now you need some patient. Once parcel catches flight to Singapore, you will see local tracking result in Singapore post website.
