Hi,

RV165910238CN was supposed to dilever to Punjab India, a state in the north but got dilevered to Mumbai.

Did the seller scammed me or it is a case of something else? Should I contact India post?

India Post only make delivery based on the address in the parcel. I believe seller printed wrong address in the parcel.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
