I'm in Shanghai waiting for an EMS package to be delivered from India (EH636267846IN). Tracking shows that it made it to the sorting center in Shanghai on the 30th. There have been no updates since then. I've never experienced a delay of more than a day or two between a package arriving at the city and it being delivered. Are packages not going to be delivered within China until after the 9th due to the extended holiday?

Now nobody make delivery.

China now is still in Chinese New Year holiday which supposed to be end on Feb 3. Due to coronavirus, government requires companies to extend employee's holiday ending date to Feb 10. So you need wait some more time .
