9261290988318528291333 is not china post tracking number. it looks like USPS tracking number.
usps.com shows 9261290988318528291333 Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item.

Normally this means your seller has not given this parcel to USPS. You should be cautious of scam.
