Hey chinapostvolunteer, I hope you're doing well.

I had a package sent from Guangzhou that was supposed to be in Jakarta within a week or ten days. The package was originally sent on 30 August, but the shipment somehow got sent back to Guangzhou from China customs. The seller then resent the package on 6 September, but as of right now it's still in transit.

I'm wondering whether you could give me an update from your side, since mine tends not to be accurate. Express shipment via plane shouldn't have taken this long.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB701670377CN shows your parcel was just shipped from Guangzhou to Jakarta on Sep 7. Normally EMS parcel needs 10 to 20 days to reach Indonesia(including customs clearance and local sorting dispatch). Your parcel is still in normal time frame, just be patient.

Once parcel arrives Indonesia, you will see new update in Indonesia Post website.
