Hi,

My tracking number: LL773920176CN seems to be rejected by the customs multiple times and not being returned back to my agent. The parcel has been checked before posting out, it does not consist of any prohibited items, items inside includes 手幅，钥匙扣，PB which are all idol merchandise. Is there anything else that I could do? The sender which is my agent that helps me in purchasing have push multiple times to request the related party to return instead of sending out to ship again and again. The 1111 mega sales are coming, do not wish my parcel to be stuck at the customs for too long.

I tracked my parcel with this website (http://www.track-chinapost.com/?nums=LL773920176CN) and seems like the information from this website and EMS website have slight difference as from EMS website it doesn't state any information with regards to 安检退回. Is anyone able to give any advice?

Your parcel was rejected for many times. If you are confident that nothing is illegal, then just be patient and wait some more days. Sometimes the rejection is by mistake. If your item has no illegal or dangerous item, it will pass security scan sooner or later.
