i ordered shoes via ioffer tracking number UD178370695CN it says Sent to airline空公司运输，计划航班号CZ303，计划起飞时间09:30 it has been stuck there for more than a . moth it will be great if any help can be done.

This is a slow and cheap register mail service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post cheap register mail parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
