http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all your parcels are still in Shanghai waiting for flight space to Brazil.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows waiting time to Brazil can take up to 4 months, your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
