In relation to shipping the tracking number LX198068400CN

I need to know why the last movement of the shipment indicates Scheduled for Delivery, I go to the post office in my city and they tell me that the package is not in the office. I need to know the true status of the order.

Are you in Cambio area? If not, it means your seller printed wrong address in the parcel. you need open dispute to seller for refund.

No, I do not live in the Cambio area, that area is in the capital and I am in a province.
I have contacted the seller and he tells me that he will not refund anything, what a disappointment.

You must be scammed. Your seller used other people's tracking number to cheat your money. Please open dispute to paypal or call your bank to report fraud and claim refund .
