Hello, please help me, I made an order wireline headphones for my daughter who lives in Dublin, Ireland, I live in Belgrade, Serbia. Shipment is made on 29th November, and it's in transit for 27 day?! I contacted the dealer an HR said it's because of Holiday. But, I ordered another 16 gifts from other shops and every other is doing normally. Shipments is sent by ePacket. They don't have any email on their site. Number of shipment is LO557017965CN
Pls help me. Because it supposed to be Chridtmas surprised gift and now it became nothing but worries!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO557017965CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shenzhen office to Ireland on Dec 2.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Ireland Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Ireland). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Ireland Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Ireland Post website will show its new status with Ireland location.

I suggest you wait one more week, if your daughter can not get it by Jan 5, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
