Hi.
the parcel RC469582195CN was posted on April, 29 and did not arrive in Brazil yet.
The tracking indicates what follows:

RC469582195CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Shenzhen Brazil 20140430 1538

Please, could you help me to receive it? I´m afraid it is lost or damaged...

The parcel seems to be lost. you'd better open a dispute before buyer protection deadline.

It was sent to airline in 25/6, after it was sent to airlines you should wait 2-3 weeks to receive it.
Just a notice, everyone who had packages shipped in late June are having delays to receive their orders.
