Buenos días, tengo 2 pedidos pendientes de entrega con los siguientes codigos RV187211799CN y RV190950790CN desde el mes de septiembre y aun no llegan, en el estado de consulta dicen que estan en Shangai, necesito información urgente. Gracias

Good morning, I have 2 orders pending delivery with the following codes RV187211799CN and RV190950790CN since September and still do not arrive, in the consultation state they say they are in Shanghai, I need urgent information. Thank you

Colombia Post (4-72) website shows RV187211799CN just arrived UAC.CENTRO on Oct 25( Su envio ha sido recibido y ha iniciado el proceso de entrega). You will get it very soon.

RV190950790CN was just shipped from Shanghai airport to Colombia. You might need wait another 10 to 30 days to get it in Colombia.
