Hello, im waiting for my order RV356008516CN for over 90 days, the Chinapost web page says that maximum AT is 61 days. What is going on?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV356008516CN shows. the parcel delayed in Guangzhou office for 3 months. Good news is that China Post finally sent it to Guangzhou airport on Jun 6. It might wait another 2 to 5 weeks to reach Colombia.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller to extend the protection or open dispute for refund.
