Hello guys!
I'm from Brazil and everything indicates that I was harmed buying on Aliexpress, through the AK HOBBIES STORES store
I bought a drone, but the tracking code number sent to me is not registered.
The code is NX044489401BR. Can I get any information here by consulting with you?
This store is scammer and the code is false!
I can't understand how such a scammer shop still manages to sell through Aliexpress!

I would really like to try to reach an agreement with the seller even if I sent my product late. Is that even possible?

You would have to find out from the seller if they'll make an arrangement with you, otherwise your only option is to dispute it. I doubt anyone on this forum could say what the seller will do, you know more about them than we do because you've dealt with them, do you think they are gonna work with you? Or will you have to dispute it? If you've had the number for a while definitely open a dispute but if it was in the last week or so you could try to work it out but if they won't answer you don't have a choice but to dispute.

I verified that the code was located in my application of the Correios Brasil in my imports. Could you explain to me the causes of this event?
The code was generated about 15 days ago. As the shipping time is still short, I think it would be better to wait a little longer. If I don't get any more updates, I should contest
