Hello, I would like to know where my package is, since when entering the code of my order , it says that has not been delivered. When i bought the item in eBay , the customer said he delivers 10 days after payment. I bought August, 4th , and he sent me the tracking number few hours later. ¿ Can you tell me the real state ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV117234943CN shows no record. Your seller never shipped anything to yo. RV117234943CN is a fake number.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipping information in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

Hi again ! I sent a message to the customer, and his response was " sorry , dear, your product returned to China , we offer to refund you the money,is it ok ? "
What shall i do next ?
what´s next step ?
