Where is the order LO901714555CN? My country's post office has no record of receipt.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO901714555CN shows the parcel arrived Curitiba,Brasil on Jun 22. it is in correios Brasil system. Please contact your local post office for delivery info.

My order LZ038863439CN has been at the airport since 02/06/2020.

The office in Mexico indicates that having been sent in a package with an L code, it is the responsibility of the seller to request a return or tracking for the entire lot. But they don't answer my emails. What can I or should I expect?

Due to the Corounavirus epidemic, most international flights in China has been canceled, so the parcel should be wait for long time for getting the airlines space.
Suggest you wait patiently , and watch for your buyer protection period, if it will expiring ,you must contact the seller or website which you bought the item to extend protection or open dispute for refund.
