RU405310892NL. Hi, I wanna know what's happening with my package. I was sent an eamil with my shipping number about 1 week ago, I tried to search my shipping record but it sais 'no shipping record'. I wanna know what's going on?

RU405310892NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.
