My shipment is bouncing back and forwards. What is going on?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RK833590704CN was returned to shipper Nov 7. It seems seller reshipped the parcel on nov 8. I suggest you wait 2 to 3 more weeks and see if you can get the goods. If not, open dispute to seller for refund.

It rather looks like the shipment is returning to sender since after having being cleared by Nanjing export center and sent to airline in Shanghai the shipment now seems to have gone to Nanjing IMPORT customs and Delivery Office. Have we understood this correctly?

When we notified the seller about the tracking info he responded:

Hi,dear buyer, I am sorry to hear that,
Under this situation, we would like to send you full refund to make sure that you won't suffer any loss, is that ok?

Since we are still interested in the item we responded to the seller

If reshipping requires that you first refund and then we reorder that is also an option to consider. So if it is clear that the shipment is being returned to you then PLEASE MAKE A FULL REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS. Then we could consider to reorder the item and start all over again. It seems that the shipment entered an viscous circle.

Did we act correctly. The seller has still to respond to our latest communication.

What does that imply about the shipment. On its way to its destination or not?

your parcel left china for your country on Nov 10. no need worry anything at this moment.

How do you know. I you take a look at the complete tracking report the shipment bounces back and forward. How can I now know for sure that it really left China this time.

you can not know if it has really left china. wait about 4 weeks and see if you can get it. If not, it means the parcel is lost.
