Hi,

I made a purchase from China and the parcel hasn't been updated in over 2 weeks,

2016-11-27 20:31:57.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

This is the last status update! I checked my local postal office for the tracking number and it has no info on it yet. Where is it? is it lost somewhere?

your parcel should be outside china. status will not change after the parcel left china. it is on the way, no need worry.

1. You should look at this for your country:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to Israel. When the parcel arrive in Israel, then the Israel Post will scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

I did check the links you sent me,
I still do not have an update on where it is, not on chinapost tracking and not on israel post office... I am starting to get worried!

1. This is the last tracking of your parcel:
2016-11-27 20:31:57.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

2. While the parcel is traveling there is no tracking done to the parcel. For your country China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for Israel is between 13 to 52 days.

3. Now what needs to happen is Israel Post scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the Israeli post site for any new movement.
