I waited for around 3 months till receiving my item and it was stuck on the Israeli post, and today I picked it and unfortunately it is a wrong item. What shall I do and where is the problem and with whom I should coordinate to solve such issue?

My Tracking No. is LO292669029CN

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress/ebay/amazon, you need open dispute to seller for "item not as described" reason and claim refund.
