Hi I have a parcel,

RS558189618CN

It has been stuck on the same status for 21 days.
Supplier claimed it would arrive before may 9th.
Please help me, thanks.

shipping to Israel is very slow. your parcel left China on April 21. you might need wait 2 to 4 weeks anymore.
