Shipping number:RF975490625CN

The seller ship the packsge 2/10, since then the package didn't move.

Please help.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result of RF975490625CN "electronics data received". this means your seller applied shipping label from china post website, but never actually shipped anything yet. You should be cautious of fraud. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, i suggest you open dispute.

I'm getting very frustrated right now, I'm waiting for a lot parcel from China to Greece, And the tracking numbers hasn't updated since 16th September, On 14th the parcel left China to their way to Greece, And nothing has been updated. So its been like 2-3 weeks without any updates.

Can you please help me with this?

these parcels should be ok. parcel status will not update when it is outside china. this is normal. travel time from china to greece will take about 4 to 6 weeks, please be patient.

My tracking number is CX302412501US. Last update was September 20th in China. It has been 5 weeks. Do you think my return item is waiting to be shipped or possibly lost?
