Hi,
I got 2 tracking numbers:
LO675301615CN
LO654428010CN

(from dates 20.12.2019 and 27.12.2019)

when I search these tracking numbers I got :
No shipping record!

Can you please tell me the status of this records?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels have No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute against fraud.
