i know its epacket but i need help

LO738100634CN

it has been in transit for a long time
i orderedan item that was shipped by epacket after the first one and i got it while the first one is still in transit

LO738100634CN was shipped on Jan 16 from Guangzhou. Many parcel shipped from Guangzhou and Wuhan are suffering some delay caused by coronavirus, you might need wait 10 to 20 more days.
