Hello,

My order (LZ122445843CN) has been stuck in Shanghai for ~2 months now. Is there any possible way to get any additional updates?

I know based on this page, that the average delay to Israel is 6 weeks, and the maximum is 12 weeks, however the page has not been updated since May.

I would appreciate some help/clarity.

Hi from what im told it wont update until it actually gets on the plane to fly out. Im in the same situation, my package is sitting in shanghai airport for 8 weeks now waiting for a flight. I dont understand the delays. What are they doing with our packages?

Most international flights in China have been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. China Post does not have enough air space.So it will take a long time for getting the airlines space.
I'd suggest wait patiently and watch for your buyer protection period and ask an extension if it is running out soon,or open dispute for a refund.

Ah, ok. You have both basically confirmed my thoughts. It seems like between the lack of flights, and manpower, they are completely backed up now. It's likely that the page describing the min/ave/max delays is probably very outdated now, too. Which means we are in for the long haul unless we just dispute/refund.
