Hello
The tracking number that i received from the seller shows that the package had been delivered
But its never arrived to Israel .. So please Can you help me and tell me where is my package ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was delivered in Shanghai. It should be delivered to wrong place. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
