Post Is epacket still work this days?

Hello, a lot of people said me that this days China post epacket don’t ships packages because they use flights with people to send packages.
I ordered a package with epacket.
Last information from my tracking number is “ Shenzhen, delivered to air transport 2020-03-17”
According to this info my package left China or my package still at the airport in China?
Please help me understand if epacket still work this days.

You need write tracking number in your question, otherwise it is difficult to help you accurately.

from your tracking result, it seems that your parcel is still in China. Normally if parcel arrives destination country, your local post office(in USA, it is USPS.com) will show arrival information.

Now china post has not enough shipping space and has caused serious delay, 99% international airlines are cancelled for covid19 reason. You need wait 2 to 4 more weeks to see new update.

this is one the tracking numbers LO834390491CN coming to israel, it hasnt updated since march 1st, any idea when flights will be back ?

LO834390491CN is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight space to Israel.

China post has rented some cargo airlines to relief the shipping space shortage. So I believe your parcel will catch flight space in near future .

If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute to claim refund as a protection of your money. Once parcel arrives , you can pay back to seller.
