Post What is happening with my package?

I ordered a product from Ali-express, which I was told would be about 2 weeks for delivery. It has been stuck on "Processed Through Facility
QINGDAO EMS, CHINA" for almost a week now.

I am wondering: Is it on it's way to USA? Is it still in China? Any information would be much appreciated. Tracking #CX013011090CN

http://track-chinapost.com/ shows the parcel CX013011090CN was shipped From China Post Qingdao office to US on Mar 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Qingdao ,China or customs warehouse in SFO,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you for the fast response! I still have plenty of protection time and am trying to be patient. I just worry when there are no updates for a long time. But it's good to know that's normal at least. Thank you again!
