USPS.com shows LY800097479CN arrived HICAGO IL INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on Dec 30. Normally it should be delivered in 1 week. It seems your parcel has problem in USPS system(very likely to be lost).

You need contact USPS for detail.
