tracking number LW093326890CN

this is the last tracking info i got Processed Through Facility. Your item has been processed through a facility in GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA at 8:40 pm on February 1, 2019.
GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA.

Today is march 7 2019 and no new info or anything... Been more than a month! Some help appreciated!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW093326890CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Feb 1.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Miami,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
