Could someone please help me! My son ordered something in February 2019 from China and he hasn't received it yet! The tracking website says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" but when he tracks it on USPS website it says this "Your package is on its way to a USPS facility". I am just trying to find out where his order is, the boy is driving me crazy! Here is the tracking number LT369777985CN! Thanks in advance

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT369777985CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Mar 11.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
