Post LM415573831CN- is this a signature package?

I had sent a package to UK , tracking no LM415573831CN.

Recipient is saying not received but tracking system is showing as delivered.

Can I see if there is a signature with this delivery or how this was delivered?

What can be done to file a lost claim? Can recipient do that?

the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail. You can ask receiver contact Royal Mail and inquiry delivery detail of LM415573831CN.

P.S Royal Mail website shows LM415573831CN was Delivered by Great Yarmouth DO on Jan 2.

Thanks, Yes I have seen that it was delivered and requested the receiver to query with Royal mail. Is there a signature of receipt? I cant see any
