On the 6th of December 2018 an item with nº RX877446745CN and article n.º 183567671819 from ebay, was sent by China Post to Portugal to the following address : Rua Dr. Francisco Fernandes Costa 2, 3200, Lousã, Coimbra, Portugal. But the item was delivered to another address in Portugal (2750, Cascais, Lisbon to a lady named Mrs. Maria Reinoldes). After contacting the local portuguese post office, I was informed that an original acceptance document by the dispatcher was needed ,which confirmed the postal number of this item. So can you please provide me with this information to the email address. Thank-you

Portugal post website(ctt.pt) shows the parcel was delivered in 2750 - CASCAIS on Jan 11. You need contact your local post office for delivery detail.
