Why had my package been there since 04-18-2019? Why is it not moving? Almost all of my other packages have arrived.

US442603674CN was returned by airline on April 18. not sure return reason. I should have something not allowed by airline.

depending on what item inside. If it is an item which is illegal to ship(item with battery, chemical, copyright item) it will be discarded to trash immediately.

If the item is legal and the return is mistake, it will be resent to airline again later.
