Hello!

I ordered a Jacket from aliexpress on Nov 11. Shipped out on the 14th. I check the tracking and it was returned from shanghai to Nanjing. continuously stuck on Send item to customs. What exactly is going on here? My tracking no. : RY407188465CN. Track-chinapost shows that it is en route however.

RY407188465CN was sent to export customs again on Nov 29. you should wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get it in Turkey.

return could be a mistake. The parcel was sent to customs again.
