Thank you for taking the time to answer this question.
I was hoping you could assist and locate where in the delivery process my package is.

LY833781173CN

There does not appear to be any movement at this time save for when it was scanned or entered into the system.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY833781173CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 12 but never left that post office since then. This is a little bit strange.

I suggest you wait another 2 weeks, if you can not see new update by end of Oct, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
