Package was sent on the 24/11 and it keeps repeating "Departure export customs". Is there some problem with the dispatch or is it considered normal?

this is normal, no need worry. Now is rush season, post warehouse are totally in chaos. sometimes export customs might repeat scanning by mistake.

You just need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel in Greece.
