Hello. I’m having some issues with a delivery. My order number is EV814874694CN and I want to find out the exact location of my parcel so I can collect it, as my building doesn’t accept deliveries and the website I ordered from doesn’t have the information of its whereabouts. My address is 9105 Résidence Les Pleiades, 5 Rue de l’Hermière, 77700 Serris, France. If there is any more information you need, please let me know.

France Post(la poste) website shows the parcel is in MARNE LA VALLEE CHRONOPOST, Colis mis à disposition au point de retrait, Point de retrait: Agence Chronopost de Marne la Vallee 15 avenue Joseph FROËLICHER 77164 FERRIERES-EN-BRIE Horaires d'ouverture le lundi: 14:00-19:00 du mardi au vendredi: 09:00-12:00 14:00-19:00 le samedi: 09:00-13:00 Téléphone 0969391391.

You need contact above mentioned post office to pickup the parcel immediately.
